RankPilot, run by Nubri GmbH, Berlin ("we"), audits websites, tracks Google rankings and writes SEO suggestions, outlines and drafts with AI. AI output can be wrong: check it before you publish. We don't promise any ranking.
You must be at least 16. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Only add sites you may analyse. What you add and generate stays yours; you let us process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
No unlawful use, no attempts to reach other users' data, overload the service or get around its limits (for example with several accounts).
A request that fails is not counted. Free use may pause for the day when it gets too busy. Fair use: no plan is unlimited, and very heavy AI use in a month may be paused until the next month; write to us if you need more.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.
We work to keep RankPilot available but cannot promise it without interruption. We may change features; we will tell you about changes to these terms by email or on the site at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before they apply.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
You can delete your account at any time on the Billing page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.
We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for the share of the billing period up to your withdrawal.

German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
